Yin & Yang
Building on the foundational Embodied Spirituality courses, the focus of the Yin & Yang teachings is the expression and integration of the yin (receptive) and yang (active) principles, as well as studies of liberation from gender conditioning, and the exploration of relating. Jeannie draws here on her lifelong studies in gender liberation and relating, her practice of aikido, and her lived inquiry into the balance and integration of yin and yang.
All are welcome to sample the wide variety of her public offerings according to interest, and to apply for her more dedicated committed courses in which these themes are explored.

Committed Courses
The themes of yin and yang flow through all of Jeannie’s work. In particular, in the 8 month Holy Essentials course, a month is spent studying the embodiment of yin, and a month on yang. These more dedicated courses are by application and require commitment, from 30 days (Holy Work Challenge) to 8 months (Holy Essentials I, II and III). Each course has significant time spent focused on foundational aspects of these topics. Jeannie’s awareness of gender issues, including deep immersive studies in men’s conditioning, allow her to offer a safe place to everyone.
