Relating is where our realization of oneness gets wonderfully real. It is one thing to rest in our own ground and another to remain there when someone is disappointed in us, disagrees with us, wants something from us, misunderstands us, or an old wound is touched. In this daylong gathering, we’ll explore how to stay rooted in ourselves while remaining open and connected to another. Through meditation, teaching, experiential practice, and inquiry, we’ll play with the places where we leave ourselves to accommodate, defend, control, withdraw, or secure belonging.
Sovereignty in relationship is neither independence nor separation. It is the possibility of being fully oneself, fully planted in the Holy, and fully in contact with another, allowing difference without division and discovering a lived oneness spacious enough to include it all.
RSVP and pay in advance or pay at the door. All are welcome.
